Refund Policy

You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

How: email hivehq.mind@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number if you have it. We will refund the original payment method and confirm by email. Your bank may take several days to show it.

What happens to access: a refund ends your access to the paid handbook. We may turn off your sign-in link when the refund is issued.

After 14 days: we do not generally refund, but write to us if something went wrong (for example, you were charged twice, you could not get access, or the product was not what was described). We will look at it fairly.

Taxes: where tax was collected on your purchase, a refund returns it as well.

Outside the United States: the handbook is sold to United States buyers only. If your billing address was outside the United States, we refund the payment in full and do not open access.

Chargebacks: please contact us first. We would rather refund you.
