About this publication: what it is and is not
In Case of Contact is an independent reference publication. It documents government records, official statements, testimony, reported claims, historical and religious texts, interpretations, skeptical explanations and disputed claims about UAP, UFOs and the extraterrestrial question.
A claim being listed is not a claim that it is true. Where we write that someone says something, we are reporting what they said. A source that proves someone made a claim does not prove the claim. Every claim carries a class (what kind of statement it is) and an evidence status (how far checking got); read them. We do not say that extraterrestrial or non-human explanations are established fact.
Not advice, not a guarantee. This is for information and reading. It is not government, scientific, legal, medical, safety or financial advice. Reading it does not guarantee safety, preparedness, survival, contact, disclosure or any other outcome.
Not official. In Case of Contact is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency, military branch, intelligence body, company, or any person named in it. Dossier-style design is a design choice; nothing here is a government document unless it is clearly shown as a reproduction of one, with its source.
How it was made. Research, drafting and organization used AI-assisted tools. Claims are tied to cited sources; where a primary source could not be opened, the entry says so. Illustrations marked as reconstructions or sketches are drawn or computer-generated and are not evidence.
People named. People appear as subjects of documented, attributed claims. We try to give the named person’s own position where we have it.
Interviews and transcripts. The Grusch/Rogan section is based on a third-party machine transcript of one podcast episode. The publisher confirmed who was speaking by listening to the episode. Wording is paraphrased and not verbatim.
Corrections
If you think something is wrong, unfair, or missing the named person’s side, email hivehq.mind@gmail.com with the claim, what you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. We review in good faith and correct, add a response, or remove material when it is warranted. We do not publish private information about private individuals; if you see any, tell us.
